Richard Perque is a Loyola University New Orleans School of Law graduate, a qualified civil law mediator, and a former Judge Pro Tempore of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court. Licensed to practice in Louisiana, Texas, and Massachusetts, as well as the federal district courts in Louisiana, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, he offers clients a rare combination of trial advocacy, judicial perspective, and public service. That experience on both sides of the bench is the foundation of everything we do.
