3. We reserve the right to terminate the attorney client agreement for any of the reasons provided in the attorney client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Waiver. Choice of Laws. This Agreement is made in and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without reference without reference to its choice of law provisions. All lawsuits, actions, claims or disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts within Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exercise of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction over each of the parties by the federal and/or state courts within Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The parties hereby irrevocably waive any and all objections which any party may now or hereafter have to the exercise of personal and subject matter jurisdiction by the federal or state courts within the Orleans Parish, Louisiana and to the appropriateness of the venue of any such lawsuit, action or proceeding brought in any such federal or state court within Orleans Parish, Louisiana. d. Attorney's Fees. If any action in law or in equity is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, Perque Law solely shall be entitled to reasonable fees of attorneys, accountants, and other professionals, and costs and expenses in addition to any other relief to which Perque Law may be entitled. e. Headings. The captions and headings of this Agreement are included for ease of reference only and will be disregarded in interpreting or construing this Agreement.

Waiver, Severability, & Assignment.

Perque Law’s failure to enforce or decision not to enforce a provision at any particular time is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full effect and an enforceable term reflecting our intent as closely as possible will be substituted for the unenforceable term. You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms, and any such attempt will be void. Perque Law may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME, YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE FOR ANY AND ALL TRANSACTIONS PLACED BY YOU OR ON YOUR BEHALF, AND ANY CONTINUED USE OF PERQUE LAW SUBSEQUENT TO ANY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS SPECIFICALLY RATIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE SO BOUND.

BY CONTINUING TO USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES AFTER ANY REVISIONS COME INTO EFFECT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE REVISED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AFTER A PREVIOUS ACCEPTANCE, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE, AS ANY TRANSACTION PLACED WILL BE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AS PUBLISHED.
